Double screen

Is it possible to have a screen to be superimposed on another screen so that an approver can view a previous screen while completing another screen at the same.  The approver screen needs to be a checklist where they just need to confirm that all the correct details have been entered in the previous screen

The only way I know to do this would be to open two browser windows and have them side by side.
