I want to implement a 2 dropdown selection.
The first dropdown is to select the group
Then the second dropdown or user picker should list the users from the selected group
How do you implement this requirement?

Thanks for the suggestion - cascading issue type. But I need more dynamic list where I can configure the 2nd dropdown to get list from a User Group.
I am now looking into SIL Live Fields.
