E-mail recipient treated as CC and added as watcher

Hi

I have a problem that recipient of an e-mail (mail set in Mail server for ticket creation) seems to be treated as CC by Jira Mailhandler. I have the option "CC Watchers" set and even if I send e-mail to abc@domain.com (mail for ticket creation) the tickets gets user abc as watcher. If I set any CCs they all and the user abc are as watcher. How to exclude address I'm sending mails to to create tickets from becoming watchers? I'm using basic "Create or Comment" mailhandler, not any plugin mailhandler
