I have a customer who will be using JIRA to create issues. The customer has 2 support people who would like to use the service. I only want the customer to have one user login. Is it possible to set up a distribution group and assign that to the user in JIRA to send out to both end users of the customer?
Hi Dan,
The JIRA user creation page only allows 1 email to be associated to each user. However, you can workaround this by using a distribution group email address to be associated with the user.
Otherwise, you can request 1 user to set up an email filtering rule to forward a copy of JIRA's emails to the 2nd person.
Hope it helps :)
