Email generated reports

I would like to create automatically periodic (daily, weekly) reports of different filters (as a admin) and notify users via email.

How can I accomplish this ?

Is there a way to do that, but with multiple filters in a single scheduled email?

For us it would be a weekly roundup of all unassigned tickets, all high priority tickets that are > 3 days old, etc...
