As a user unable to get notifications from Jira, when ever ticket is undergoing for multiple changes. checked up with the front end UI and notification helper all seems to be good. still im not able to get the notifications
Are others getting notifications? Is the email address for this user correct? If you are the user not getting notifications, are u also the user making the changes?
