Enter under a different email name

Hello,

Is it possible to change a username in Jira? (meaning that he will enter under a different email name)

For example from esterben@raf.co.il  --->  to esterben@raflex.co.il

If so how?

How are you pulling in your users? Are they coming from an LDAP directory, Crowd, an internal directory?

If it's not an internal directory, you would need to update that information in the source directory where your user information is being synced from.

Given that you said that you are using the Server version of Jira, I'm answering based on that. If you're using Cloud, then I don't know how it all works.
