Epic and parent link in in email and activity show ID number and not name
I am a new Jira admin so much left to learn. About a month back my users notified me that when they changed the epic or parent link in an issue, the email they received and the entry in activity log show the epic link with ID number and not epic name. Same issue for parent link. Any ideas on what I could have changed that caused this? I upgraded to Jira 7.6 in my DEV environment and the issue is there also.
