Error in basic search Error occurred Response text: 0

Greetings!
When I searching issues via "Basic search" I get an error ( it rarely happens and occasionally), but we want to fix it. We think it depends of firewall which generates this error, but still we couldn't be 100% sure.
If anybody faced with it, gimme an answer pls, how we can solve this problem
