i have installed SLAdiator plug-in for jira 5.2.11, SLAdiator tab is also enabled but i am getting error(Problems with connection to SLAdiator: Connection refused) while clicking on save & test button
That's nothing to do with this problem, unless you've configured SLAdiator to connect to the marketplace instead of where it's supposed to look.
Could you look in your logs for Sladiator related errors?

Well, we're a bit stuck then - it's not able to connect to Sladiator, and the only error you're getting is "connection refused". That implies that you're not giving it the right credentials, or that the Jira server simply can't reach Sladiator.
The fact it can't reach the marketplace as well implies that there's a network issue with Jira going out to the internet in general - I think you need to look at your network setup.

Start with a close look at the configuration - are you sure it's correct? If so, then you should move on to reading the log file. The error you are seeing is aimed at your end-users, it's not got a lot of detail, but the log should have a lot more detail (you can work out where the log is by going to the "system information" page)
