I have a Service Desk instance. Currently no reports are being run on it, but that may change in the future. There is a user that should never have any issues he creates be tracked against any kind of SLA. So I kind of have a two part question:
1 - Is there a way to set a user so that no issues he creates are subject to an SLA
2 - If not, what's the easiest way to exclude all issues reported by a user when running a report
Thank you!
Hi Taylor,
This can be done when designing SLA.
For example add the user to the "Exclude" group, then when designing SLA add:
reporter not in memberOf(Exclude)
