Field is mandatory even if it not part of the screen

We have multiple screens and the customfield is only assigned to some screens. If we enabled the "Autocomplete view" flag it failed to create new issues on screens that does not have this customfield embedded, because it expect the field to be fill out. If we disabled "Autocomplete view" flag it is working as expected.

Required fields are required at creation, period. It doesn't matter if the field is displayed or not. That is why you can have different field schemes for different issue types.
