Filtering based on tabs?

Hello! I have created tabs in my Jira instance for certain issue types. So, when I create issues folks can fill out a specific tab depending on the issue they are reporting. Is it possible for me to filter all the issues that have Tab A filled out or instead Tab B? We are looking a different ways of tracking a specific issue type and what it relates to. Thanks.
