Hi, I work in process management for my company. I've recently been tasked with a project where I'm trying to find how long our change tickets spend in each certain status (QA, Implementing, Needs Information, etc.)
Is there a way that I can pull a history report of tickets that displays the amount of time each ticket spent in each status? If possible, I'd like to view the data in Excel but that's not 100% needed. Thank you!
