Gadget availability server vs cloud

Hi, so I was reading up on how this "gadget" works (because when I create a dashboard, I click "add gadget" to include this one..?), and the article says it is only available on Server.

"Platform notice: Server and Data Center only. This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Server and Data Center platforms."

Does it mean that it will not at all be available on cloud? 

Is there anywhere I can ask about this except bothering our integration team?

Hi @Sara Fossberg, and welcome to the community!

The average age gadget is available on Cloud, too.  The first related content linked to on the right side of the article is Difference between Average Age Chart gadget in Jira Server and Cloud. 👍🏽

The KB article you're mentioning applies to Server/DC only, as the gadgets are calculated differently. I hope that was helpful. :)
