Gantt Chart Project for evaluation not active

I'm trying to test an addon from Soyatec – Gantt-Chart Project

The installation went without any issues from Atlassian Marketplace, and the request for a trial license also went ok.

It was possible to access the addon configuration and the trial mode was active.

Now, after a JIRA restart it was not possible anymore to use it.

On the addon list it was shown as activated, but when accessing the Configure option of the addon it states that a valid license is needed?!?

I’ve tried new restarts, re-enable and reinstallation using the Soyatec jar from their site without positive result.
Any hints?

Hi Pedro, 

Without seeing anything this sounds like JIRA has lost track of the evaluation license. You should be able to log into my.atlassian.com, copy the evaluation license key for this plugin (you'll see it on your Licenses tab), and insert it manually into the plugin from within Manage Add-ons in your JIRA Admin area. 

If that doesn't work please contact Atlassian Support for assistance.
