Get Required/mandatory transition fields using REST API

Following is the URL i am using to get list of Transitions and fields on each transition.

/rest/api/2/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/transitions?expand=transitions.fields

API does not seem to be returning correct field attributes like required attribute.

I see many of the fields as required when i click on tranistion but the API returns as required:false for every field.

Is there something wrong API i am using or any setting that is available?

Hey Srilatha,

The API endpoint is right and i cannot reproduce the issue. Are you using any custom post functions or behaviours on transitons ?

Yes, we do set required fields in workflow Validator.

"Fields required during a workflow transition" is avaiable thru JIRA Suite Utilities plugin.
