Getting active users session from db or logs

Hello everyone,

I had created a task regarding this last time, where it was emphasized that I could retrieve this information from the logs. However, I couldn't find this information in the logs. What exactly should I do for this?

Hi @Nadir Jabbarli

I think there are different ways to get this information like

1) from GUI --- Administration --- System-- User Sessions you can read the below knowledge url

Monitor a user's activity | Administering Jira applications Data Center 10.3 | Atlassian Documentation

2) you can get from database query as explained in your posted link

3) From logs also we can get but it is somewhat tricky

check from the below url
