Hi,
I am still unable to resolve the error. Group gets created but there is an error message being displayed after creation "Error occurred adding group : grouptest-pm"
Thanks and Regards,
Rohan

Hi Rohan,
The error code 52e indicates that the credentials you are using to contact LDAP are invalid. See here for more info : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21290631
You will need to use different credentials for your JIRA instance.
Best regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
I have logged in using admin account which is not authenticated using LDAP. But LDAP is configured in the instance to authenticate users from other domain. Not sure why the error.

Rohan
