Getting following error while submitting Workload Pie Chart:

An internal server error occurred when requesting resource"

1. I have added Workload Pie Chart on Jira dashboard.
2. Fill the information.
3. Click on Save button & got an error.

What does the log (<jira-home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log) say the problem is?

No logs getting generated.

logs showing as:

<apiResult> <status>1</status> <message>Access Denied</message> </apiResult>
