Usually, this issue happens when the issue was deleted. As it shows an ID, we can only confirm this in the database, so I'll send you some tests and if nothing of this works we can proceed to create a ticket with our support to check this information.
As it shows a message for a ticket that may not exist, can you please clear the cache of your browser? Also, test using another one.
If you use some plugins, test using incognito mode or disable the plugins for test purpose only.
