Hi @Ashish kumar Singh,

as Nic mentions in this thread, the proper way of solving this is:

  • get a Jira instance with the correct older version
  • import your project
  • upgrade it to your current version
  • then export the project again
  • import it in your real Jira instance

Since you have such a minor version difference, you could also try out to replace the version numbers in the xml (at your own risk).

Depending on the type of Jira you have installed, you can download it from these links:

I believe, 713000 should be Jira 7.13.0. So you can search for this release on the corresponding page.

you are trying to import project data from different version of jira, source and destination Jira server version should be same
