Google intergration

Hello trusty brain trust! Looking for some feedback & options here. 

Operating in a Jira DC environment using Google Chat as our main communication source. I'm looking to see how we can integrate Google Chat via a bot to communicate to our Jira DC instances for ticket creation etc. so its easier for our users. Jira Cloud offers this but we are not operating in Cloud. Any help/guidance/feedback would be greatly appreciated!
