I'm running on a windows mashine

My terminal says "[INFO] Type Ctrl-D to shutdown gracefully" but neither works.

Hi Susanne,

According to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMPS-1173

On *nix: Cmd + D will send an EOF
On windows: to send an EOF, we can use Ctrl + Z followed by an Enter, or F6 followed by an Enter
