HTML in Automation mail to replicate Jira Mails format

I need to replicate the jira mails formats in jira automation send mail action. Can't find HTML example.

Do you know how can I get it?

Hi @Marcela Junyent 

 

Email templates for jira server you can find in directory: <install_dir>/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/

Under this directory, there are three subdirectories:

  • html - contains the templates used to create emails in html
  • text - contains the templates used to create plain text mail outs
  • subject - contains the templates used to generate the subject of the emails
