I used initially used the wrapper provided on the documentation page:

http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=179439487

However when I set it up and try to get the service install, I try to start it and and error stating that there is an error and it automatically stops. I looked at the other ways to install it as a service but it is even more confusing. I already have crucible and fisheye configured, it just cannot get it to run as a service.

The wrapper writes info to a wrapper.log file.
Check it to see if there's more information about the error.

Is there a link to the support case on this? I'm having the same issue, and there's no wrapper.log

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I don't have access to view it. I've created a support case, and I'll ask them to take a look at yours for reference.
