stress testing

Hi,

I want to do to the stress test on my jira/confluence.

Please help me to perform it.

 jira software version -7.9.2 with 10GB of RAM.  linux Box.

i have gone through the Atlassian blogs and couldn't get the detail , what i was looking.

 any ideas how to do the  jira  stress test for 50 users and there is any addon or tool that can perform his action..  the current process is much appreciated :-)
