Hi Team, when creating the issue in the instance - getting error -

I have lots of questions:

1. Is this response coming from a REST API request?
2. What version of Jira is this?
3. Has anything changed in Jira recently?  Such as an upgrade, or change to some plugin?
4. Is it possible to access the complete stacktrace from the Jira Server logs themselves?  These can be found under the $JIRAHOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file when this happens.
5. Does this error happen for other events in jira, like transitioning an issue?  Or only when trying to create the issue?
