We are working on month end project in Jira work management, but unable to implement 1) client holidays through time to SLA - calender settings. 2) Is there any other way to implement the no.of days delay after assigning a assignee to the issue ({{now.diff(issue.created).days}}) - is not working as expected.
Hi, Sravanthi. SLA goals and calendars don't work in Jira Work Management projects, only in Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk).
What are you trying to accomplish? Flag issues that are overdue, notify assignees, report on late progress?
