Ho to enable the accountable and responsible person in Jira 7.2?

I no longer have the ability to add/edit “Responsible Person” or “Accountable Person”.

Both of those fields are custom fields your administrators have added to Jira for some reason.

It is also your administrators who control who can edit them.  I am sorry to say that we cannot help you here, as we are just end-users of Atlassian software, while your problem is that the owners of your system are blocking what you need to change.
