Mohin, you're after something that is requested a lot (in fact if you look at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 you'll find it a highly voted for issue). As it stands at the moment Atlassian won't be providing a built in solution, but there are 3rd party plugins and workarounds - most of them listed in the issue discussion, so see if there's something in there that could help you.
