How can I add information showing above customer filed?

I am facing a question which is how to add a some information showing above customer filed as below "test text here" side and also the color need to be blue. Does someone can help me or give me some idea on this? Thank you very much!

You can make use of message custom field and place it before the required field on the form. Please refer to this KB article for more information.
