I need to assign the project manager role to a coworker who is part of the client.

and I require it as an important part in the control and monitoring of the epics and tasks of the Jira Project, since it does not have email from my IBM organization.

Can I invite you or assign you a role?

How can I do this?

As long as this person has access to your Jira instance and can log in they can be granted browse project and project administration permissions, along with any other permissions as needed.  Like any other user, they can be added to roles or groups.
