Hello,
We have an issue that is used to record time spent in meetings which are not directly project related. Over the years the amount of time booked on this issue has grown and the problem we have now is that it takes over 30 seconds when booking time on this issue (as opposed to a couple of seconds for a normal issue).
As we do not really need the data from previous years, we think we could delete the worklogs from before this year and that would restore the speed to booking time on this issue.
However, this does not appear to be possible. Does anybody know how I can achieve this?
FYI: we have JIRA 7.3.6 and Tempo Timesheets 8.9.2
Thanks in advance
Andrew
Hi @Andrew Thorne,
It is currently not possible to bulk delete worklogs. See a similar question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-there-any-way-to-mass-delete-old-worklogs/qaq-p/197237
Hope this helps
Hello @[deleted],
For the TEMPO Timesheet 8.2 version, is it possible to bulk-delete the work-log of a specific user for a specified period?
I know that this can be done from the DB, however need your advice on whether there is any other option to do this without touching the DB as it will need an application restart.
