How can I ensure that swimlanes are expanded by default on a Jira Kanban board?

I am using Jira Server.

I have configured swimlanes by epics for a Kanban board

I want all users to see the expanded version of all swimlanes by default when they open the board. They can use the shortcut key to collapse swimlanes if desired, later

Can you tell us what version of Jira Software you're running, and which of these options you have selected for your Swimlane?

For example, No Swimlanes should display in Expanded view.
