How can I hide the description on TEMPO?

Hello,

Currently I installed the TEMPO Add-on on my tour and to register the following fields appear:
* User
* Issue
* Period
* Date
* Worked
* Description

How can I hide the description?
I set up a Static List that has default values that would replace the description.
