How can I import users with their roles from QC?

Hi alls,

i got undreds users in Quality Center and I want import them in Jira. 

I tried to create users from issue importation with CSV.

With import mode, i can created new users with the same finishing e-mail "...@structure.com". It's my first limitation. 

The second, is that i never have choice to link some user with roles/projects.

Can someone help me ?
