How can I include the 'Notes' field when I import, via CSV, from Redmine?

Richard Grey October 16, 2017

Recently I imported from Redmine, using the Redmine Importer, but, it is no longer supported by Atlassian.  They suggest to use a CSV import.

When I export from Redmine, using CSV, I am having trouble including the 'Notes', which will be imported as 'Comments'.

In the previous import, with the Redmine importer, I was able to bring over all of the 'Comments'.

I am currently using Redmine version 2.2.2.stable.

@Richard Grey Are the notes exporting in the CSV file?  If they are you can just use this to properly format the CSV for import - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/importing-data-from-csv-802592885.html
