How can I let atlas-run bind to interface 0.0.0.0 (and not only localhost)

For some testing, it would be nice for me to only have to start the Jira dev environment once and then access it from different devices (different machines e.g. linux and mac and also smartphones and tablets). Is there a way to tell atlas-run to _not_ bind to the localhost interface but to either any or simply another?
