How can I make to create task by default in custom Status?

Everytime I create a task, gets the status "to-do" but I need it in a custom one (ice box) is that possible to configure?

Assuming you mean JIRA, then yes.

Have a look at the "workflow scheme" for the project, which will tell you what workflows are in use.

Find the one for "task" and make a copy of it in the admin screens.  Add the new ice-box status to it and change the "create" transition so it lands there instead of to-do

Go back to the workflow scheme and add the new workflow, and associate it with tasks.
