How can I remove a ticket from a 'Version'?

Hey guys, I've added a ticket to a Version but now want to remove it, how can this be done? Thanks

You can edit the ticket and remove the version from the "Fix for version" field. If you can't find the field, work with a JIRA admin to add the field to the Edit screen.

WHile doing this, the particular ticket also impacted the version report. How can I remove the ticket from interfering with the version report?
