How can i change the default user?

want to know how can i change the default user from a role. For example when i created a issue i got a post function Assign the issue to the default user from the XXXrole. And i have got two persons in this role, wich one is the default

Tested this locally in JIRA 5.0.6 with the JIRA Misc Workflow Extension plugin. But, I could not determine the algorithm behind the selected assignee.

It's best to ask this query in the plugin support system to get the clarification.
