Hello Jérémy,

Thank you for raising this question.

Just to ensure that we are on the same page, you are talking about the Time Tracking fields Work logged, Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate, is that correct?

If you are talking about these fields, you just need to flag the option "Include Sub-tasks" in the Time tracking panel, so all the Sub-tasks estimation will be automatically displayed in the Story:

Just ensure that the Time Tracking field are properly added to the screens of both issue types.

If you are meaning the Time Tracking calculation for JIRA Software reports when using Scrum and Kanban boards, I'm afraid that JIRA is not able to automatically calculate the Estimation/Logged work of Stories based on the Sub-task estimation/Logged work. We have already reported a feature request to implement this functionality:

Sum estimates from sub-tasks in user stories

Please, feel free to vote and watch this feature request to increase its priority and be aware of any updates.

For now, if you are looking for the option above, we recommend you to keep using your Stories as the source of Estimation.

Please, let us know if we can still help with anything else.
