How do I add a task list to JIRA

How can I enter a task list in a JIRA ticket like the ones used in Confluence and Bitbucket?

JIRA issues already are tasks in a task list (a project)

If you need to break up issues, use subtasks, or have a look at the basic multi-checkbox field.
