How do I display custom fields that dosnt appear in the create screen- in view screen

I have a field that does not appear in the create screen.

the field is required only in a specific phase during the workflow.

after it appears and is filled in, I want it to be shown on the view screen.

Is this possible?

Just add it to the view screen.  It will be hidden until it has data in it.
