How do I use Jira Mobile?

In the Marketplace I can only see how to install this in Jira, but not how to actually access this on my android phone... Is it a app? If so, what app?

The guys who developed this product should really update how to install and use this addon.

JIRA is viewed on a mobile device via a web interface (optimised for mobile devices), not an app. Simply browse to your JIRA server's URL using your mobile browser to bring up the mobile interface for JIRA.
