Hi @Rafael Diaz -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, and...to Laurie's answer...One quick way to start is to:

• create a saved filter spanning all the relevant team's Scrum boards,
• use that to make a shared Kanban board, stored in one of the projects (or another project), and
• remember to treat that Kanban board as read-only.  Let the teams make updates on their boards.

Great info here. I would echo the importance of filters and dashboards as you set up your Scrum of Scrums. Make sure you use good labels on your filters (you'll need to update them over time) and share them properly (permissions).
