How do you migrate a project to Windows server with key CON?

I'm trying to move a project from JIRA cloud to JIRA server, but unfortunately, the server is running Windows, which means that any folder with the name "CON" is illegal.

This means that the import fails because it can't create a directory for the attachments.

Any creative solutions to rename a project in a way that also renames the attachment directory?

Move it to a JIRA on a Linux box first?  Rename the project and directory, and amend the attachments table content, then re-do the export.
