How integrate the DOD checklist to story?

I have created the two DOD checklists for the requirement story. How to link or integrate with newly created stories

Hi @SHYAM KUMAR ,

It looks like you are using our Checklist for Jira (Server or DC) app albeit an older version of it. I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version (6.1.0) as it contains many related template improvements.

What you have done is to create templates. Templates are not applied by default to newly created issues. You have three possible ways of adding it to new issues:

1. Manually import it
2. Configure the Checklist Custom Field to use the template to populate the local items when an issue is created.
3. Have an admin create a Checklist workflow post function and configure it to append the template on the Create transition. This way, all new issues will be populated with the items from the template.

We will also release, in an upcoming version, an integration with Jira Automation that will also allow you to append templates to issues.
