I have a certain set of information that I like to send out with every ticket reply. I have been able to add this information to customer replies, but have not yet found how to set this information up to also appear on internal comments.
For example, When customer replies are sent out, or when someone makes an internal comment on the ticket, at the bottom of the email they receive, I would like for it to be like

Information here
********
As mentioned, I got the former taken care of, the latter is the one I have not cracked yet.

Currently, it's not possible to edit agent notification. These notifications that they receive is from the system, so we can't customize.
